Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused and in their original carton packaging. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened, used, or tested personal care products, unless the item is defective or arrived damaged.

You will be refunded the full amount of the returned items, minus an $8 handling fee to cover restocking. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, as these are paid directly to the carrier.
